17-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with Swaz within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee.

To request a refund within this window, simply contact our support team with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5โ€“10 business days back to your original payment method.

2Payment Processing โ€” Lemon Squeezy

All Swaz subscriptions are billed and managed through Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), who serves as our merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy is responsible for processing your payment, issuing refunds, and handling applicable taxes.

  • Refund requests are actioned through Lemon Squeezy's system on our behalf
  • Your statement will show charges from "Lemon Squeezy" not Swaz directly
  • For billing disputes, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy at lemonsqueezy.com

3Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The account has not been suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service
  • The subscription has not been used to bulk-export or scrape data in violation of our fair-use policy
  • This is your first refund request on the account

4Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee window has expired
  • Renewal charges โ€” we send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal
  • Partial months or unused days on annual plans after the 7-day window
  • Accounts terminated due to abuse or violation of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted plan purchases (unless otherwise stated)

5Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you will retain full access to Swaz until then.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, please contact support within the 7-day guarantee window.
